About 1 hour 15 minutes

Scenic drives and hikes
Rowena Crest and the Tom McCall Preserve, between The Dalles and Hood River, have the classic horseshoe-road viewpoint and spring wildflowers. Farther west, the Historic Columbia River Highway passes Multnomah Falls and the other waterfalls of the western Gorge.
